Remove Account Data
Removing specific data from your account does not fully delete it from our systems. This action severs the relationship between your identity and the data. Once removed, this data cannot be re-associated with your account and may prevent full account deletion in the future.
1. What Partial Removal Means
Partial data removal disconnects specific information from your identity profile rather than deleting it from our systems. The data itself may persist in anonymized form for service operation purposes. This is fundamentally different from full account deletion, which removes all data permanently.
2. Data You Can Remove
Phone Number
Removes your phone number from your identity profile. You will no longer receive SMS notifications or be able to use phone-based account recovery.
Email Address
Removes your email address from your identity profile. You will lose email-based login and recovery options. Ensure you have an alternative authentication method.
Social Authentication
Removes connected social login providers (Google, Apple, etc.) from your account. You will need to use another authentication method to sign in.
3. How to Remove In-App
Navigate to Settings, select Account, then choose Manage Data. You will see the list of removable data types. Select the data you wish to remove and confirm your choice. The removal takes effect immediately.
4. How to Remove via Email
Send an email from your registered address specifying which data you would like to remove. Please clearly state the data type (phone number, email address, or social authentication) in your request.
5. Important Considerations
Data removal is irreversible — once disconnected, the data cannot be re-linked to your account. Removing authentication data (email, phone, or social login) may lock you out of your account if no alternative login method exists. Partial data removal may prevent future full account deletion, as the system may no longer be able to identify all data associated with your account. Some removed data may be retained in anonymized, aggregated form for service operation.
